MASTERMIND SERVICE AGREEMENT 

This Agreement is made and entered into as of the date of acceptance by both parties.

The Client.

BACKGROUND

The Provider offers a 90-day Mastermind Challenge. The Client agrees to participate in this program under the terms set forth in this Agreement.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Provider agrees to offer the following services as part of the 90-day Mastermind Challenge:

1.   Nine (9) One-on-One Live Coaching Sessions – Three per 30-day cycle.
2.   Three (3) “Done-for-You” CV and Cover Letters – Tailored for live vacancies provided by the Client.
3.   LinkedIn Profile Revamping – Optimizing the Client’s profile for better visibility.
4.   Application Templates – Ready-to-use templates for job applications.
5.   Continued Support & Guidance via email – Available Monday to Friday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM GMT). Response time: 24-48 hours.
6.   Additional Resources – Any extra materials as communicated via email.
7. PAYMENT TERMS

If the Client agrees to a one off payment plan, the total amount payable will be £1999 (including admin fees).

If the Client agrees to a two instalment payment plan, there will be an additional £25 administrative fee per instalment and the payment schedule will be as follows

•   Day 0: £524
•   Day 30 : £1524

Total Amount Payable: £2,048 (including admin fees).

If the client agrees to a three-installment payment plan, there will be an additional £25 administrative fee per installment. The payment schedule will be as follows:

•   Day 0: £691.33
•   Day 30: £691.33
•   Day 60: £691.33

Total Amount Payable: £2,074 (including admin fees).

3. LATE PAYMENTS & SERVICE SUSPENSION
4.   Failure to make a payment on Day 30 or Day 60 will result in:

•   A 10% late fee applied to the outstanding amount.
•   Temporary suspension of services until the overdue amount is cleared.

2.   If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, the Provider reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without a refund.
3. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
4.   The Client acknowledges that all payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
5.   If the Client wishes to withdraw from the program, they must provide written notice at least 7 days before the next installment is due.
6.   No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or unused services. Additionally, a fee of £499 will be charged if you decide to withdraw/cancel the program.
7. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
8.   The Provider does not guarantee any specific job placement or sponsorship as a result of this program.
9.   The Client acknowledges that their progress depends on their participation and effort.
10.   The Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this agreement.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY
12.   Both parties agree to keep all shared information confidential.
13.   The Client’s personal data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
14. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

By proceeding with the program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
